Read a lead's report

Reading a lead's report shows you exactly what they received from your funnel — and what the AI learned about them along the way. Read it before you follow up, so your email builds on the report instead of repeating it.

Open a report

  1. Go to Reports in the top nav and click any report — or open a lead's profile and click a funnel under Funnels Signed Up To that shows Latest report.
  2. The View Report drawer opens. The header shows the lead's name and email, their segment badge (if the funnel uses segments), and a credits badge when the report used Premium AI Credits.

What's inside

The drawer is organized into tabs — you only see the ones that apply:

  • Report — the generated content, step by step, with the date and time it was generated. Each step shows its title, a type badge (Text, Email, Image, Research, and so on), and a credits badge on premium blocks that billed credits.
  • Signals — the behind-the-scenes analysis the AI ran on this lead's answers, like scoring or tagging. Signals shape the report but are never shown to the lead.
  • AI Blocks — for workbook and challenge funnels with inline AI blocks, the latest generation for each block.
  • Answers — the lead's original form responses, so you can compare what they said with what the AI made of it.

See it as the lead sees it

Click View Report in the drawer header to open the lead's live report page in a new tab, or click the copy icon next to it to copy that share link and send it to them again.

Troubleshooting

A step says "This step failed to complete"

That step hit an error during generation; the message next to it says what went wrong. The rest of the report still generated normally.

A step shows a "Not generated" badge

The workspace was out of AI credits when this report ran, so that premium block was skipped. Top up credits and it will generate on future reports.

A funnel says "No report generated yet"

The lead signed up but hasn't completed the part of the funnel that triggers generation.
