What is an outcome funnel?
An outcome funnel is a short journey with a real payoff: a visitor signs up, answers a few questions, and the AI generates a personalized report — their outcome — built from what they just told you. A normal static funnel shows every visitor the same page and the same download; an outcome funnel responds to each person.
The three steps
Every funnel has the same three steps, and you edit each one in the builder:
- Start — the signup page. It makes the promise and asks for an email to begin.
- Form — a short set of questions, one at a time. Depending on the intake type you choose, this step can be a form, quiz, workbook, or challenge.
- Outcome — the report. The AI uses the lead's answers to generate a personalized result: a score, a plan, an audit, whatever you built the outcome to be.
What you get from every signup
Each person who completes the funnel becomes a lead in your workspace, carrying their form answers and the report they received. So a single signup gives you three things: a contact, real answers about their situation, and proof that you delivered something useful before asking for anything more.
Good to know
- Because the AI generates each report for a specific lead, a signup (at minimum an email) is required before the outcome can generate — the funnel can't run fully public.
- One workspace can hold many funnels. The strategy that works best is one funnel per piece of content — see the related article below.
