Report prompt, grounding, and the generating screen

When your outcome has AI blocks, two drawers appear in the Outcome step toolbar. AI Settings controls how the report is generated. Generating controls what the lead watches while it runs.

AI Settings: prompt and grounding

Open AI Settings from the toolbar, or click AI on a segment in the segment rail.

• Report Prompt — the overall goal every AI step of the report works toward, combined with each step's own prompt. Write it like a brief: who the report is for, what it should deliver, and the tone. The lead's answers arrive automatically — the prompt's job is judgment. "You're a warm, direct fitness coach. Build a plan that fits the hours they said they have."
• Grounding — reference material every AI step of this report gets automatically, on top of anything attached to an individual step. Attach your methodology, offer details, or pricing here once instead of on every block.

Small prompt edits move results a lot. Change one thing at a time and read a fresh report.

Generating: the screen leads watch

Open Generating from the toolbar. The drawer covers the whole loading experience, top to bottom:

• Show Logo — a logo or avatar at the top. Choose Brand (follows your brand theme), Logo (image or text), or Avatar (image, name, tagline).
• Generating Title — the headline over the progress list.
• Start Screen — the first row shown before any AI step reports in: its icon, label, and text.
• Report Ready Screen — the end card once the report is done: title, subtitle, the button leads click to open their report, and a Show Confetti toggle.

Preview it any time with the Generating Report page in the switcher above the canvas.

Good to know

• Each AI block also has its own Loading Phrases — the rotating lines shown while that step runs. Edit those on the block itself.
