Read your funnel analytics

Open your funnel and go to Results — the Analytics tab is the first one. It answers the two questions that matter: is traffic arriving, and is it converting into signups?

The metric cards

Across the top:

  • Page Views — visits to your funnel in the selected period.
  • Signups — people who entered their email and became leads.
  • Conversion — signups divided by start-page views.
  • CTA Clicks — shows when your funnel uses Links, with per-Link click counts listed below the chart.
  • Shares — shows when leads' reports have been opened through a shared link. These views don't count toward conversion.

Under the cards, the chart plots page views, signups, and clicks over time so you can see spikes — like the day a video went out — at a glance.

Traffic breakdown

The Traffic table shows views, signups, and conversion per source. Use the filter to switch between:

  • Referrer — which site sent the visitor (direct visits show as "Direct").
  • UTM Source — the utm_source tag from your links, if you use them.
  • Country — where visitors are located.

This is where you learn which channel sends traffic that actually signs up, not just traffic.

Change the time period

The select in the top corner switches the period: last 7, 14, or 30 days, or the last 3, 6, or 12 months. It affects everything on the Analytics tab.

If you see a "Test Tracking Mode" banner

Your funnel is in Test mode, so you're looking at test stats — your own preview activity, kept separate from live data. Follow the link in the banner (or go to Settings) to set the funnel to Live before sharing it.
