Download a report for your AI assistant

Any report can be downloaded as a markdown file — plain text that AI assistants read perfectly. The file includes the full report, who it was generated for (name and email), when it was generated, and the lead's form answers, so an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT has everything it needs to help you follow up.

Download a report

  1. Open the report — from Reports in the top nav, or from a lead's profile under Funnels Signed Up To.
  2. In the View Report drawer header, click Export for LLM.
  3. A markdown file downloads, named after the funnel — for example business-audit-report.md.

Use it with an AI assistant

Attach or paste the file into your assistant, tell it who you are, and ask for what you need:

  • "Draft a warm follow-up email to this lead that references their specific goals from the report."
  • "Summarize this lead's situation into five bullet points I can skim before our call."
  • "List this lead's main objections or worries, and suggest how I could address each one."

Good to know

  • Markdown is plain text with light formatting, so the file also opens fine in any notes app or text editor.
  • The file contains your lead's personal details. Treat it with the same care as your lead list, and only paste it into tools you trust.
  • Export for LLM exports one report at a time — the one you have open.
