The Start Step

The Start step is your signup page — the first thing a visitor sees. Its job is to make the promise clear and get the visitor to start. Open it from the Start tab in the builder.

Sign up blocks

These are the action blocks — how a visitor moves forward:

  • Signup Form — an inline email form with an optional name field. Its After signup setting can trigger an integration the moment someone signs up.
  • Next Button — advances to the form without collecting an email, for funnels that sign the visitor up later.
  • Unlock List — a preview of what gets unlocked after sign up.

Content blocks

Everything that sells the promise: Headline, Text, Image, Video, Gallery, Bullet List, Feature Grid, Steps, FAQ, Testimonials, Stats, Social Proof, Logos, Profile, and more.

To work with blocks:

  1. Click + in the toolbar to add a block, then pick its type.
  2. Click a block on the canvas to edit its content.
  3. Click Blocks to see the whole page as a list and drag to reorder.

Page sections

Newer funnels use a structured start page instead of free-form blocks. Each section has its own drawer — open it from the toolbar or by clicking the section on the canvas:

  • Source — the "you just watched / read this" header band, with a thumbnail and optional link to the source.
  • Hero — headline, sub headline, button, and social proof.
  • Benefits — the list of what the lead gets back.
  • Footer — the footer testimonials bar.
  • Background — a full-page background image behind every step.

Good to know

  • A strong signup page needs surprisingly little: a headline, a line of proof, and the signup action.
  • The page's look comes from your funnel's brand theme — you edit content, the design stays on-brand.
