The Library: images, media, and documents
The Library is where your workspace media lives. Upload something once — your logo, a headshot, a video — and it's available everywhere you can pick media: brand themes, funnel blocks, and image templates. The Library has three sections: Images, Media, and Documents.
Images
The Images section in Context holds every image in your workspace. You can:
- Upload Image — drag in logos, headshots, product shots, backgrounds.
- Generate with AI — describe an image and generate it right in the Library. Generated images are saved here automatically.
- Click any image to view it, rename it, download it, or delete it.
Wherever you pick an image in the app — a funnel block, a brand theme logo, a cover image — the picker offers your Library, an Unsplash stock photo search, and AI Generate.
Media
The Media section holds video and audio. Upload files here and use them in your funnels' video and audio blocks — for example a welcome video on your signup page or lessons inside a challenge funnel.
Documents
The Documents section stores text files and PDFs, so reference material lives in your workspace alongside your media.
Good to know
- Everything in the Library is workspace-wide: every funnel, theme, and template can use it.
- Renaming files to something you'll recognize ("Logo dark", "Hero photo") makes the picker much faster to use later.
- Deleting a file is permanent, so check where an image is used before you delete it.
