Form progress settings
Above every form step sits a small header: an optional title, a progress bar, and a step counter. People finish forms when they can see the finish line, so these few pixels do real work.
Open the progress settings
- In the builder, open the Form tab.
- Click Progress in the toolbar to open the Progress Settings drawer.
The settings
- Hide Bar — hide the progress bar.
- Hide Total — hide the step counter (like "2 of 6").
- Progress Title — the header text above the steps.
- Show Logo / Avatar — put your brand logo or an avatar (with name, tagline, and an optional verified badge) on the form. Defaults come from your brand; anything you set here applies to this funnel only.
- Auto-advance on select — jump to the next step automatically when a lead taps an option on a choice step. Typed steps still use their button.
Good to know
- Short forms (three or four steps) can feel snappier with the counter hidden; longer forms usually benefit from showing it.
- Write the Progress Title about them, not you — "Your brand snapshot" beats "Intake questionnaire".
- An avatar with a real name adds a human face to the questions — useful when the form asks for anything personal.
