Connect ClickFunnels

Connect ClickFunnels once, and your funnels can add every new lead to your ClickFunnels workspace as a contact, with tags if you want them.

What you'll need

Three things from your ClickFunnels account:

  • API Sub Domain — your ClickFunnels address, like yourworkspace.myclickfunnels.com.
  • Workspace Id — a short code found in your ClickFunnels workspace settings.
  • API Key — create an API token in your ClickFunnels account settings, under the developer/API section.

Add the integration

  1. In Outcome, go to Settings → Integrations and click Add an integration.
  2. Choose ClickFunnels.
  3. Fill in API Sub Domain, Workspace Id, and API Key.
  4. Click Verify ClickFunnels Connection and wait for it to show Verified!.
  5. Add a short description if you like, then click Add Integration.

Use it in a funnel

Attach the integration on the funnel's signup step (fires for every new lead) or inside a segment (fires only for leads matched to that segment, after they finish the form). Pick the integration, then choose an action:

  • Create Contact — adds the lead as a contact in your ClickFunnels workspace.
  • Add Tag — applies a tag picked from a live list of your ClickFunnels tags. Useful in segments: apply a different tag per segment and let your ClickFunnels workflows respond.

Put Create Contact on the signup step so every lead is captured, then use segment integrations for the tags.

Troubleshooting

Verification fails

Re-check all three fields. The subdomain should be just the address — like yourworkspace.myclickfunnels.com — with no https:// in front.
