Build your form

The Form step is where a lead answers your questions — one step per screen. Every answer does double duty: it personalizes the AI report and teaches you about your audience. Open it from the Form tab in the builder.

Add a step

  1. Click + in the toolbar to open the step picker.
  2. Pick a type: a Form Input (a question the lead answers), a Content Step (text or video with no input), or the Sign Up Step.
  3. The new step opens for editing right away.

Edit a step

Click a step on the canvas, or select it in the Form Steps list and click Edit Step. Most inputs share the same fields:

  • Title — the question itself.
  • Description — a line under the title.
  • Placeholder and Helper Copy — hints inside and around the input.
  • Button Text — the label on the continue button.
  • Input Label and AI Context — how the answer is named and explained to the AI. These matter more than they look; see the input labels article.

Choice-style steps also have their own options list, columns, and multi-select settings.

Reorder steps

The Form Steps rail lists the whole flow in order. Drag steps to reorder them.

Good to know

  • Aim for the fewest steps that still make the outcome feel personal — every extra question costs some completions.
  • Favor Choice, Rating, and Scale steps where you can. They're faster to answer and cleaner for the AI to work with.
