The AI Outcome Step
The Outcome step is the report a lead receives after they finish your form. You build it from blocks — some generated by AI from the lead's answers, some fixed content you write once.
What's on the step
- Segment rail (left) — every segment of your funnel, each with its own independent set of outcome blocks. Whichever segment you select is the one you're editing. See the Segments article.
- Canvas (center) — a live preview of the report. Click a block to edit it.
- Toolbar (top) — Blocks opens the list of blocks on the current segment's report, and the + button adds a new one. Signals ( N ) manages AI steps that run invisibly after each submission. When your report has AI blocks you also get the AI Settings and Generating drawers.
Two pages to preview
When your outcome uses AI blocks, a switcher appears above the canvas with two pages:
- Generating Report — what the lead watches while the AI builds their report.
- View Report — the finished report itself.
If you turn on Lock via email in the segment rail, the first page becomes Check Email Page instead — leads get their report by email link rather than watching it generate.
The block families
The add-block picker groups blocks into five families, and each family has its own article:
- AI Blocks — text, checklists, and structured visuals written by AI per lead.
- Premium AI Blocks — heavier AI work (images, web research, audio, generated pages) that costs credits per run.
- Action Blocks — buttons and calls to action.
- Media Blocks — video, images, audio you upload.
- Content Blocks — fixed text and layout sections.
