What are leads?

A lead is a person who signed up through one of your funnels — at minimum, they left an email. Every signup from every funnel in your workspace lands on one page: Leads, in the top nav.

A lead is more than an email address. Each one carries the funnels they joined, the form answers they gave, and the AI reports generated for them — so when you follow up, you already know what they want.

Find and search your leads

  1. Open Leads in the top nav.
  2. Each row shows the lead's name (when they gave one) and email. Click any lead to open their profile.
  3. Looking for one person? Type their address into Search by Email.

Good to know

  • Leads are workspace-wide. Someone who signs up to three of your funnels is still one lead — their profile lists all three funnels.
  • New signups appear on the list automatically. If the page is empty, your funnels just haven't collected a signup yet — the Create a funnel button gets you started.
  • Deleting a lead removes everything tied to them — answers and reports included — so treat it as permanent.

FAQ

Does a test signup count as a lead?

Signups made while a funnel is in Test tracking mode are kept separate from your live analytics. Use Test mode while you're previewing a funnel so your real lead data stays clean.

Someone signed up twice — why do I only see one lead?

Leads are matched by email. Signing up again with the same address — even to a different funnel — adds to the same lead instead of creating a duplicate.
