How the AI personalizes each outcome
The report a lead receives isn't a template with their name dropped in. Every AI block on the Outcome step is generated fresh, for that one lead, at the moment they finish your form. No two leads get the same report.
What the AI works from
When a lead submits the form, the AI writes their report using:
- Their form answers. Everything they told you — their goals, their situation, their choices — is the main ingredient. This is why the form matters: better questions produce more personal reports.
- Your source material. If the funnel was built from a link (an article, a YouTube video), that content grounds the report so it stays on-topic and sounds like it came from you.
- Your report prompt. The instructions you set on the Outcome step tell the AI what kind of report to write and what to focus on.
- Your workspace context. Your Brand and any Skills you've set up shape the tone and approach, so reports across all your funnels sound consistent.
Each AI block on the page — a score, a plan, a checklist, a written section — runs with these inputs and fills in with content written for that lead.
Signals run too
Alongside the visible report, any Signals you've added run behind the scenes on the same answers — scoring the lead, tagging them, or sending their data to other tools. The lead never sees these.
Good to know
- If your funnel has segments, each lead is first matched to one segment, then their report is generated from that segment's blocks and settings.
- You can read every generated report under Results → Reports.
