The Checklist block

The Checklist block generates an action checklist written for the lead — a list of concrete to-dos based on their answers. It turns the report's advice into something they can actually work through.

What to use it for

  • A "do this next" list at the end of an audit-style report — five actions matched to the lead's weakest areas.
  • A prep checklist before a discovery call, based on what the lead said they're struggling with.
  • A launch or setup checklist where the items change depending on how far along the lead already is.

Settings

  • Prompt / Instructions — what the checklist should cover and how many items you want.
  • Detail Level — Auto, Concise (short, action-only items that are quick to scan), or Detailed (each item includes a brief explanation of how and why).
  • Skill — attach saved Skills for reusable instructions.
  • Intake Data / Prev. Steps — which answers and earlier outputs it can use.
  • Loading Phrases — what shows on the generating screen while it runs.

Good to know

  • If you want numbered moves in a fixed order with a visual layout, the Steps block may fit better — Checklist is for a flat list of actions.
